Day 12 of the 14 day detox. I have lost 6 1/2 lbs. and 4 inches off my waist measurement. I know, right? I can honestly say I have not been hungry during the detox as you taught me how to balance fiber, good carbs and protein. Giving up sugar was really HARD for me but it sure feels good once you have. I've lost 10.2 pounds as of this morning. My husband has lost 8 riding on my shirt tail. Headaches are gone. No GERD upsets. Ravenous hunger gone if I eat on time and increase fiber/vegetables. I'm off caffeine and diet soda. Sleeping better! Changed the way I am planning my food. Able to travel and find food that I can eat thanks to the detox suggestions.
